The Victor Bar is named in memory of the two Victors who contribute to the myth of the Grand Hotel: the writer Victor Hugo and the architect Victor Louis. The bar offers an incredible choice of cocktails, including creations designed by the Head Barman, while an endless selection of whiskies awaits the connoisseur.

The fine-dining seafood restaurant will be offering a world-class dining experience, in a historic atmosphere and breathtaking décor, accompanied by the best wines from the nearby Bordelais. The “cuisine” concept under the influence of Yves Mattagne, chef several times rewarded by prestigious gastronomic guides, is finely orchestrated by the talented Head Chef Pascal Nibaudeau in this majestic kitchen.
The gastronomic restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 12.00 to 2.00 pm and from 7.00 to 10.00 pm. Closed Sundays, Mondays and bank holidays :
